Saw a friend of a friend today in passing at work; we met once on a drunken night out but not seen each other since. He was sat down chatting to someone and sort of out his hand out towards me - I didn’t know what he was getting at, a hand shake?!?! So went over to say hi and sort of patted/held/shook his hand albeit briefly... why?!?!?!

Ignore it, completely absolutely forget it. We all do these confused gestures sometimes!

haha, it's the worst isn't it. Try to forget it, it's all you can do.

What did you do on the drunken night out? Do you remember?

UbbesPonytail · 27/03/2019 09:30

Ah op, it’s ok. I have a friend who loves hand holding. It gets a bit weird when she won’t let go. Don’t worry - this is one of those things that will make you feel silly for a day and then you’ll let it go and just giggle about it when you do remember Grin
