Important Message for Plusnet users...

There safeguard system that is designed to keep children safe online isn’t working and hasn’t been for two weeks! They haven’t let people know and people won’t know unless their children access something they shouldn’t!

Customer services is less than useful and are adding my account to a list of complaints.

Thank you! I was with plusnet for years then I moved house and the customer service was so appalling I abandoned them. It’s a shame, I think they used to be really good.
