Bulling boss?

Name changed for this. I don't know if this is classed as offensive or not, but it upset me.
I have a stammer and my boss was having a go at me and I was trying to explain something, and obviously I was stressed and trying to get the words out and he shouted at me to speak faster.

He's a bit of a bully anyway and I'm having issues with him not letting me do my job, and letting other people do it.
I'm not sure what I should do about this?
Any advice please.

I would write all the grievances you have and then go to hr as this will be your evidence. Even if you did not have a stammar it's unacceptable to be shouted at to speak quicker. Try and make sure you have dates and times in your evidence and if you know of any witnesses who may be able to support you on this. It may mean things are uncomfortable with him but hopefully he will get more than a slap on the wrist and it might hit home what a twat he is
