Has it changed or did it always look like a mooncup and have I just noticed that now? Confused

No, it's definitely changed.

Watto1 · 20/03/2019 22:05

I noticed it had changed today too! Wasn’t it a torch before? It looks like a screw now.

PinkBuffalo · 20/03/2019 22:05

Oh yeah! It's like a weird funnel thing now lol

LarryGreysonsDoor · 20/03/2019 22:05

I thought that about the ‘threads I’m on’ icon.

MontyBowJangles · 20/03/2019 22:05

I've noticed it's changed today too! Little moon cup Grin I thought it now looked more like the filter symbol on Excel...

Blankiefan · 20/03/2019 22:06

It was always a funnel but all of the icons have changed / been refreshed

Binglebong · 20/03/2019 22:06

I thought a shewee. Blush

LaMarschallin · 20/03/2019 22:06

I'd just like to know how it works. I thought I could watch a thread without joining in but it just whizzes me back up to threads to which I've contributed. What's the point?

It does threads you have contributed to AND threads you have selected to watch.

Lonecatwithkitten · 20/03/2019 22:09

It has always been a torch on the Apple app.

How do you select threads to watch? I think, "That's interesting", click on torch/mooncup and get straight back to threads to which I've contributed.

LarryGreysonsDoor · 20/03/2019 22:14

To watch a thread, on a mobile device, click the arrow at the top and it’ll bring up a menu. Then select watch this thread.

PissOffPeppa · 20/03/2019 22:15

My first thought was mooncup too!

LaMarschallin · 20/03/2019 22:17

I've just selected some random smelly armpit thread, clicked on "torch" and...

...There I am! On bloody threads to which I've contributed.

Mumsnet: not so intuitive, I'm afraid.

LaMarschallin · 20/03/2019 22:19

@LarryGreysonsDoor

Thank you!

Off to try it now....

And PS: Again, thank you xx

LaMarschallin · 20/03/2019 22:22

@LarryGreysonsDoor

Mwah!

Off to unwatch.
Couldn't give a flying about mattresses.

Thank you!

MolyHolyGuacamole · 20/03/2019 22:31

I'm on the mobile app and looks totally different. Very clearly a torch.

The more I look, the more convinced I am that it's definitely a mooncup.
It has the stem trimmed and everything! Grin

It's a funnel which web developers seem to think we should all understand as "filter" - but watching and filtering aren't the same either. Grrr.

SurgeHopper · 21/03/2019 01:06

Most odd

Chouetted · 21/03/2019 01:15

I think it's a funnel. Would be a chuffing uncomfortable mooncup.
