What does spotting look like?

I'm 31 and have recently started seeing someone who has been in my life a long time but I do use protection ie condoms as I don't want anymore children. I've had issues with contraception of other kinds due to my epilepsy medication but I feel it's time to sit down and review the situation again. Any tips or advice would be amazing. Thank you. I'm feeling a little worried.

Spotting is usually the beginning and end of your period when it's really just an occasional "spot" of bleeding rather than a heavier flow.

Are you asking for alternative contraception options? There's the non-hormonal coil if hormones mess up your meds.
