Air bnb property has no reviews yet but good reviews for the hosts other properties

Thanks main thing I worry about is turning up and accommodation not existing.... Not likely to be an issue if other good reviews.

Yeah I’d risk it - maybe look up the property and see what kind of area it’s in. But if the host has reviews then it’s probably legit, every property had no reviews at some point

Have a look on street view. I did exactly this and the house was fine, just obviously waiting to be sold and slightly unloved feeling( though clean and useable).

Yep, had this before and went for it and it was wonderful. Sometimes if you Google the name of the owner or the name of the let it appears on other rental sites and you can see other reviews. Someone has to be the first.
