Glandular fever as an adult?

Sorry, posting for traffic.... I thought only teens had glandular fever but at the age of 30 I've been told that I tested positive for it.

Which would explain why I have felt like utter shit the last few months on top of sleep deprivation from a baby and a toddler who won't sleep!!

Wondering if anyone else has had it as an adult and how long it takes to go away?

My mum had it in her mid- thirties and I had two work colleagues who had it in 20s-30s too.

It takes a while to recover completely, and unless you take things easy, it can relapse.

Hope you feel better soon.
