With light of the fund for football victims should these groomed female victims have their own fund, paid for by local authority and police after being failed so badly?
I know austerity etc but I can't help thinking the victims are being left behind again.

So AIBU to say these victims should also receive six figure compo?

There is a government agency that provides compensation.

Also sadly the local authorities and Police won't have the money that the football clubs have. But CICA will provide compensation for those affected.

They can sue in negligence. If the police force was negligent they will be awarded damages.
