Light hearted but not lol!

So husband goes to shop to get us all pizza - I asked for a stuffed crust one (cheese) he knows what I like but never manages to get me the one I actually like..... ever!!

So he comes home and gets me a stuffed tomato crust and said there wasn't any with stuffed cheese crust....... he got one with pepperoni !!! I said I'd have just taken the pepperoni off!

Aibu to think stuffed tomato is NOT the same as stuffed cheese!!!!

Darn, that sounds really intriguing, but cutting frozen pizzas is a complete nightmare.

bookmum08 · 10/03/2019 09:23

Well yes. Generally I find frozen food is so much easier to cut after it has been cooked!
(were you making some sort of snobby dig at Iceland Chouetted because otherwise your comment is just odd. Why would you cut it when frozen??)

AlanThePig · 10/03/2019 09:28

Cutting pizza is a doddle if you use scissors rather than usually blunt pizza cutters.

twistable · 10/03/2019 12:26

I hate it when DP cuts pizza with scissors. It's so off putting

Eliza9917 · 10/03/2019 12:35

I really wish Chicago town did those same pizzas with a cheese crust. The tomato crusts are a bit rich but the pizzas are lovely.

StealthPolarBear · 10/03/2019 12:42

How can cutting pizza with scissors be easier than a quick trundle with a pizzas slicer? I've never understood how people find it tricky.

Chouetted · 10/03/2019 13:44

Uh, I cut it when frozen so that I can cook enough for myself without having to eat cold pizza all week. Also I only have a small toaster oven (disability reasons) so sometimes it just won't fit!

Why would portion control be snobby? I love Iceland.

StealthPolarBear · 10/03/2019 14:03

Actually that's brilliant. Although unnecessary for me as I can eat a whole one

Chouetted · 10/03/2019 15:51

Well, between you, me, and the rest of the internet, so can I.

But my lactose intolerance disagrees Sad

bookmum08 · 10/03/2019 16:01

Or cook the whole pizza, eat what you want, freeze what is left for another day.
Apologies for calling you 'snobby'. Some people (I find) do have very strange attitudes to Iceland. I don't know why. They are just a supermarket!

bookmum08 · 10/03/2019 16:18

Ah sorry just re read you only have a small oven.
Know anyone who could do karate chops for you?

Chouetted · 10/03/2019 18:39

That's a fab idea, maybe I could learn to do them myself Grin
