To need affection

Just that really. Getting no affection off my partner, no enthusiasm (even with our daughter), feeling rather fed up if I'm honest, as though I'm just a maid :(

I have told him about this countless of times and things don't change, I've asked him to be honest with me and he says he loves me and our daughter but things change for a couple of days and that's it.

You're nbu but I don't know what to suggest. Has he always been like this? In the long term, if nothing changes, you need to consider if you can live with it. Life feels lonely if you're with someone who shows no love.
