I say don't inflict your noxious gasses onto others Grin

What you been eating?

wordassociationfootball · 07/03/2019 15:52

I feel the problem is... undeserved. Although there were chickpeas last night and at lunchtime. Chickpeas are sooo Pilates...

I'm going to time them. Like contractions.

If they're ten minutes apart, that would be six in the whole lesson.

(I hate myself - not really but you know) Really need the exercise

We won't hear anything - OP said "silent but deadly"

And in tomorrow's news: pilates class rushed to hospital after exposire to noxious gases

M4J4 · 07/03/2019 16:25

Pssshhh, it'll be fine, they don't do the Yogic breathing in Pilates, do they?

Where they close one nostril and breathe deeply through the other nostril?

sar302 · 07/03/2019 16:30

Is it even a proper Pilates class, if someone doesn't gas the room??

Cornettoninja · 07/03/2019 17:13

My biggest surprise with Pilates was finding out that it’s really not wise to delay your bowels before a class. My instructor was so helpful but I practically shouted at him to stay away when he tried to help adjust my position for me BlushGrin
