Sorry, IABU by posting here shamelessly for traffic.

My sister has a phone interview for a Next Call Centre in an hour and she's been doing her homework on it. She's really nervous and is worried about not being prepared for anything they might ask her, so I was hoping someone may be able to help her out please!

What questions might they ask for a job like this?

Thanks in advance!

I would just say if I didn't know the answer to something.

'I'm not sure about that one I'll have to have a think about it'

They are going to want to know how she comes across on the phone I suppose, talk clearly and not too fast. Use proper words. Don't do too much laughing or going off on a tangent.

Thank you for replying, that's helpful advice!

Off the top of my head:

She should try to be relaxed and clear as they are checking her phone manner.

They might ask about situations in the past when she has:
worked with customers
How she would deal difficult people
How she manages her time, can she cope with multi tasking?

The interviewer will be an expert and used to people who are a bit nervous.

Good luck!
