I’ve never worked anywhere that hasn’t had one, aibu to expect one? My whole office is women. I only started recently and obviously came a bit stuck recently. I didn’t notice when I started. I’m a bit embarrassed tbh about the whole situation.

This is interesting. My office is in an old building which was once a (large) private home. My team has recently been relocated upstairs where there are two rooms women can use for toilets - one exclusively for women and one for anyone. neither have sanitary bins. I contacted the Facilities manager who refused my request for sanitary bins saying we could use the downstairs loo during our "time of the month" as this one does have a bin. I challenged her and she said the law stated that there had to be one sanitary bin in the building, not one in every toilet facility.

Well as your boss is such a stickler for rules i take it she would be all for any employees following her example by implementing work to rule @dementedma
