Aibu to ask if anyone here has sued a medical negligence case

Hi

So I was advised that I could make a case (which I will disclose if asked) and I wondered if it's worth the hassle?

I'm worried about ruining people's lives, cause it took a lot of people to ruin mine but I don't WANT to be the one who ruins manys.

If you could explain a bit it would help
