Sorry for posting in AIBU just after quick answers.
Friend has a mediation appointment tomorrow initial meeting. Presumably after this meeting the other party concerned will be invited for the same initial meeting. Does anyone know how long the other party have to respond to a request for the mediation before it is deemed as that they did not agree to it?
