To ask for your help booking a trip

To go away with DP - second week of April. Long weekend type thing. Lovely, Beachy, Warm. No idea where to start looking. Can anyone recommend any great places they have stayed?

Isla Culatra, near Olhau (Algarve, Faro airport). 20 mins by taxi, ferries to the island. Utterly unspoiled.
