To ask when is International Men’s day

8 March is International Women’s Day, it is also a day when comedian Richard Herring replies to all the idiots on twitter who ask when International Men’s day is going to be...
He’s already started to send the first few “it’s on the 19 of November” tweets and like last year, he’s set up a gofundme for donations for Refuge.
IIRC mumsnetters were fairly supportive of this last year so I thought I’d give you the heads up in case you fancy donating to a good cause

Apparently there are more Google searches about when it's international men's day on international women's day than on the official day itself (and what about the men is once again beautifully illustrated)

I view International Men's Day the same way I view Heterosexual Pride Day.

You can bet if it was a female celebrity tweeting "it's on November 19th" she'd be getting huge amounts of abuse from the knuckle-draggers and MRAs who like to celebrate International Women's Day by making it all about the men.
