So school have decided this year we need to dress as a villian foes anyone have any ideas for a cheap easy to make costume for a 10 year old boy and a 40ish year old overweight woman?

Oh! What about Fagin for DS? Dull colours, old shirt, long overcoat, lace up shoes, slouchy felt hat. All the clothes a bit battered..... you might pick them up in charity shops......if you've got time you could make a couple of false pockets for inside the coat......several handkerchieves to finish the look!

Mr and Mrs bumble from oliver. Just dress tatty smart.

Have you got anything smartish and pink? Could go as Delores Umbridge.
