Hi,
I have two rooms to rent out. Had a couple as lodgers last year in their early 20s and they were always falling short on money and were up late, chatting and disturbing my sleep. It had put me off for an year but feel like I'm ready again to rent but to two singles instead.
I'm thinking professional singles over 30 or shall I just see who all are showing interest?
Please give your recommendations for checks, things to ask and ground rules. Should I pay an agency to do the checks? Reading the other thread on lodger has put me back into worrying a bit. Thank you.
