Bathroom installer a cowboy,
Whole bathroom, needs to be reinstalled, 3 traders confirmed it!
Have sent letter of complaint with quotes to cowboy!
House insurance will remove ceiling and do leak? As cowboy wouldn’t come back so trace and access will sort this but, I got £500 Trace and Access but it’s been 3 weeks no progress
Can I stop insurance claim and get builder to do job and pay and go to small claims court to take cowboy for said quote to sort it or will I still be liable for £500 excess (considering they not traced or access anything so far. Just drying company )
