How to tell boss

New boss (good guy) started in December. Found out last week that of the 3 people doing my role or similar, 1 is leaving in 3 months, 1 is pregnant (due July). I've just found out I'm pregnant too.
Obviously overjoyed for colleagues (both of them are really happy) but when and how do I tell boss I'll be off soon too?
I'll be waiting until after 12 week scan because of previous MC but how can I make it easier for him?

Not sure how you can make it better for him. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I suppose let him know after the 12 scan so he has time to put ads out to cover yours and your colleagues mat leave.

If you tell him after 12 week scan he has longer to sort cover. Technically you can wait until very late on, telling as soon as you are comfortable is the only thing you can do.

As soon as you’re ready. I had to tell my boss at 6 weeks because of sickness and then was terrified I’d have to tell them something had gone wrong.
