To ask for your suggestions on keeping kids healthy through exam season

Hi all, DS 15 is due to sit GCSEs this summer.

So far this year we've all had a succession of coughs and colds and he's had tonsillitis and suffers the occasional migraine.

So it occurred to me whilst he was laid up with the latest chesty cough last week that if this happens in the summer he'll have to push on through- which in turn made me wonder what suggestions you may have for things that have worked for you in helping keep your dc healthy and well through the ordeal of exams!

All suggestions gratefully received.

Echinacea, lots of fruit and veggies and impeccable hygiene in the house. Good luck to your DS for his exams

Daily multivitamin, and enough, but not too much exercise to make sure that he's sleeping well. One night a week where he sees friends with no school work involved.

Thank you both, good sensible suggestions. Echinacea, good call. Feel like we could all use some at the moment!
