I recently went to an event where there was a photographer taking pics of children, I paid for my little boy to have his photo taken.
They have just come through on an email for me to chose one digital image. The pictures sent are of all the children that day ( issue 1 i don't want to see other people's photos or want my child's pics to be seen by others).
Issue 2 there are 10 pics to chose from he is only smiling in one of them ( not her fault I know) but that pic isn't particularly nice.
Just feel more pics should have been taken to get a good shot and I've paid for something I will not be able to use.
What would you do?
