Not yet 10am and already have had two automated calls purporting to be from BT telling me my internet is going to be cut off. One ‘International’ and the other from Poland. This follows the call last week from again ‘International’ when a man tried to tell me the same thing and could I check what colour my router light was showing. I told him was flashing disco colours in time to Chic’s Le Freak and hung up.
Not so much an AIBU as a rant. Not come across this scam before and not pleased as having a lie in as not feeling well.
