This one is for my DD who’s not sure whether to phone or not I say yes DH says he wouldn’t care.
DD was out with friends today and was meeting them at the cinema she drove her car parked up and got her bag from the front seat etc then got her phone out to text friends to say she was there. All of a sudden she thought she’d been hit by another driver but when looking behind the woman next to her had hit her car with the door of hers saw DD in her car and tried to race off thinking DD wouldn’t get the reg (she has). DD has checked her car and there some small paint chips clearly from the car door she’s tried wiping it away just in case it was obviously just minor.
She doesn’t know if it’s actually worth phoning her insurance I say yes the car will be sold at one point and it’s damage that will need fixing DH says it wouldn’t bother him.
