What/how much cleaning do you do daily?

Just curious as my boyfriend says I do way to much anti bac cleaning of surfaces! (I have diagnosed OCD & anxiety).

Daily I:
•Wash up at least twice
•Wipe down all kitchen surfaces & cupboard/fridge door handles with anti bac wipes.
•Wipe front door and other door handles/baby gates with anti bac wipes.
•Wipe remotes & tables down with either anti bac spray or wipes.
•Put at least 2 loads of washing in & out on the driers.
•Anti bac spray the sink before bed and clean it.

Weekly I:
•Bleach and anti bac wipe the toilet
•Clean the bath
•Anti bac spray the sink and rinse with hot water (usually do this sometimes 3x a week)
•Hoover twice (Boyfriend does this usually)

Am I crazy or to neurotic?
We ran out of anti bac wipes yesterday and I've been freaking out about not having them! He's just gone off to the shop to get an emergency supply before I go to Aldi tomorrow for a big stock up.

Ecover washing up liquid is the only one that doesn't give me chronic dermatitis too. Even wearing rubber gloves doesn't stop any other brand from wrecking my skin.

Yes you clean too much. Bacteria are good for us, we are now only really starting to understand how good for us. With all the anti abc stuff you are using you are killing off all the good bacteria as well. Also our bodies need exposure to build immune systems. Esp children (sorry have not rtft to see if you have children)

I also clean daily it’s all I’ve ever known though my mom and sisters have always been the same aswell and are very house proud. I use the disposable cleaning cloths and use a bowl of bleach for wiping round and floors everyday! I hoover everyday too. I couldn’t sit down and relax if I didn’t hoover that day

I hoover downstairs every day as it gets messy easily, upstairs twice. Full clean the bathroom and toilet once a week but every day clean the toilet and sink. I wipe the surface of kitchen every day as it's used quite a bit. I only wipe the handles when we are going through a stomach bug or when they get dirty. Dusting is done weekly or more in week if it looks dusty. Flooring in moped once a week. Never done the remote..which I probably should do some day if I ever feel like it. I only use anti bac wipes when there is an illness. They are not good for environment. You are cleaning excessively. We need some exposure to germs to build a strong immunity. I know you have OCD so instead of thinking of germs as harmful can you change your thinking to that they are a useful part of your like?
