To ask for help with my dissertation topic

I know I'm being unreasonable.. but I am really stuck.

Can anyone help give me some inspiration for my dissertation please?

I want it to be based around gender in management and perhaps millennials.. any ideas please?

I'm just so uncreative and being dyslexic too it is causing me a lot of panic.

How about the idea of the 'glass cliff'? Women only getting chances to lead, if the company is about to go belly up? Could examine with case studies?

What are you interested in? Why gender and milennials? Do you have any materials to begin with that you could use to draft an outline (text books, review papers etc.)?

I find subjects are easier to write about when I’m interested, maybe we can help you narrow down a subject that works for you?

What degree are you doing?

Don't feel forced to do something on gender if you're not interested in it.

I would suggest you do lots of reading around the subject and a specific topic should become more clear. For one thing it's really important that you don't do a topic that has been researched to death already... your research should add something to the literature.

What about people with neurodiverse conditions like dyslexia in management? Are they over/under represented, what causes the representation, recommendations for equal rep if it doesn't exist?
