Perhaps this subject has been discussed on here already, but every day I open my social media account I get something about Meghan Markle, honestly every single day, from different news media. Everyone seems to know how she is, what she’s up to besides her work or her supposed attention seeking, or whether she is chased or vilified by the media too much or too little. Or whether she should get on with it or she should keep her head down or up. Honestly, leave the woman alone! She’s pregnant and doing a lot of good work, besides being married to s Royal, leave her alone fgs!

I don’t particularly like her or dislike her, but I have a lot of sympathy for her now seeing how the media is treating her. Just a rant, sorry!

I couldn’t really care less about her TBH but she needs to stop her friends leaking stuff to the press, coming out in support of her (with approval from the MM publicity machine) a generally making a living and social network hits off her. A dignified silence from her and her buddies would go a long way in ingratiating herself with the public.

Being called Waity Katie and workshy is nasty but not really comparable to the racism and xenophobia Meghan has been subjected to.

I haven't seen any racism towards her, but the constant drivel about her is tedious. Leave the woman alone! Pregnancy is a stressful time so I hope for her sake she completely blanks all forms of media, as they can't seem to shut up about her.
And it's the white side of the family that is letting her down, so nothing racist at all.
Her family are a disgrace and it must be horrific for her being shamed so publicly and constantly by her own bloody family.

However, threads like this contribute to the problem - they just create yet another platform for her to be endlessly criticised basically for existing and marrying someone.

She’s already got her father, half-siblings, daily mail and Piers Morgan relentlessly on her case without MN joining in.

If you want to support her, perhaps go and put positive comments on the official social media accounts (I’ve read that horrifying comments are regularly made there and need to be deleted).

But starting threads here doesn’t help and can actually harm (imo).

The criticism is so petty minded and obsessive. And very probably racist and classist. Not to mention out of touch. And I'm not even a royalist.
