I was having a nose through a website which has cameras situated across local 'beauty' spots where I live, when this appeared! I managed to screenshot it but I am baffled at what it actually is! Any thoughts?

It looks like a tit caught with its wings closed. They do that in flight. Wish it was a UFO though
