I'm due in work in half an hour, I don't want to go, I can't be bothered, AIBU to ask for your last minute excuses not to go 🙂

Just go in. You can't just not! Unless you care not about money and having an income?

Just go, otherwise when you really have a reason why you can’t you’ll have used up all your stock of goodwill.

I feel the exact same way! Work has been hideous recently. But I’m going in because I can’t think of a legitimate reason not to. Sadly.

Go in. Promise yourself a treat later to get through the day. You'll feel glad you went, as will your bank balance.

Be glad you've got a job. Didn't you see the C4 program about UC last night?

Are you just looking for some entertaining excuses or are you actually planning not to go to work? I'm at home sick with a horrible virus and I'd much rather feel human and be in work.

Say you've been throwing up. You don't have to sound unwell and no one wants you there if you're sick.

Diarrhoea is always a good one.
