To see the doctor about post birth period?

I don't want to waste their time but equally I'm really struggling and over the counter meds aren't touching it.

I usually have horrible periods and vomit for the first day or two, along with heavy bleeding, often pass out etc.

It's my first period since dc2 arrived 6 months ago and it's next level. The bleeding hasn't even started yet and I'm in so much pain I can hardly move.

I don't remember this with dc1 but I had a c section this time so not sure if that's got anything to do with it?

WIBU to ask to speak to the doctor today? Is this a normal post birth period?

Bumping this for you but also wondered about adhesions, if the bleeding hasn’t started how do you know your period is coming?

It feels like period cramps but you're right I don't actually know it is my period. It's just odd that it started so suddenly.
