AIBU to ask you for snoring remedies

Me, DH and DD have to share a hotel room next week and his snoring keeps her awake which isn't ideal as she will need her sleep as she is competing in a sporting event.

Ear plugs will not be enough. DH snores like a walrus and it doesn't matter in which position he lies in. I haven't had a decent night sleep in years and I gave up after a few hours last night and slept on the sofa instead.

Please can you give me ideas on what we can try. I don't want to tell him he can't come with us. Willing to try anything right now. Thank you

Short term he could try throat sprays or nasal strips.

Book him a separate room for the event.

He really needs to take himself to the 5and ask for ref to the sleep clinic. Selfish to continue to impose upon his family.

Ps LOVE LOVE LOVE your username.

Thanks Flibberty . I didn't know about the throat spray. A quick Google sounds like it may be a good choice. He is a throat snorer. Will pick some up this afternoon from the local pharmacy and give it a try.
