Feeling lonely

I am single parent for 8 years and feeling so lonely
Living out of London so can't go relatives often and don't have any friend .

Very sad to read this.
Could you get a job to fit in school hours (if you don't already work that is).
I find at least I am mixing in adult company at work and it's a total change of scene.
It took a long time but I now have a gang of mum friends. They are all so different but somehow we are on the same page. Anyone at the school pick up you speak to?
Hope things get less lonely for you.

That sounds horribly tough. How old is your child? Any chance of meeting some friends through your DC or an evening activity?

I am trying my best since its rural area and don't drive so can't go out many places. My acavities restricted due to child care.
