Hi I've name changed as my other posts could possibly link to this!
I work as an hca in the community for a largish agency in the south east!
Can I ask if anyone knows where to complain about this agency? I've gone through the correct channels at work and the head office hr etc are just as useless as the branch I'm at.
Some of our clients are being put at risk with the things that go on. I have a huge list of things.
I've tried cqc but they can't leave my name out of it and can't guarantee they won't sack me! I've worked for the company for a couple of years and the new manager has seriously made the branch go to put! Council weren't helpful either
My Family have said just find another job but I'd feel awful leaving the clients at the risk they are at. At least with me and a few others working we know they have the care they should have!
Several clients are being stolen from but the manager just laughs as its household items like food and cleaning products that are being taken and I've said it's not a laughable matter and it should matter if it's £1 or £100 etc being taken it's still theft!
There is honestly a huge huge list but can't go into much detail as it will put me!
