DD is 4, last Saturday night she was sick, quite badly. I obviously thought she was getting a bug, but she went back to sleep and the next day woke up very chipper and the same thing happened the next night, despite her being very well all day. Just one vomit. I kept her home Monday and Tuesday, she had a very bad upset tummy but no more sickness. The upset tummy lasted all week. Yesterday morning around 6am, she woke up said she had a bad tummy, went to the toilet and then was sick again.... 😫 yesterday, no upset tummy, fine all day then around 6:30pm was sick again. She went to bed, slept through with no issues, and has woken up hungry. No poo since yesterday morning.... it's all very weird.
Any thoughts?
