Probably too late for you to prep but we had a full chicken dinner as we are out tomorrow when we usually have it. Tomorrow’s dinner will be leftover chicken in pita bread with hummus and salad.

We had pizza (frozen), garlic bread and randomly vegetable fingers (we had friends over and basically just cooked a LOADS to make sure nobody was hungry!) I've also baked chocolate caramel shortcakes and jam cookies

I did slow roast shoulder of lamb with mash, peas, carrots & gravy. Then ice cream with brownie pieces in. It was very nice, despite me forgetting the mint sauce!
