Posting here for traffic: I seem to be having the most awful PMT and before I completely lose my shit or tell the self serve checkout exactly where it can stick my crisps, does anyone have any natural-ish remedies? I also have raging acid heartburn which is not helping my temper

Help!! (Lol- kinda 😳)

My gp prescribed both me and my sister B12. It’s helped a bit.

Glitterblue · 08/02/2019 19:07

Evening primrose, B12 and magnesium. Those have definitely all helped me. Chronic pmt totally sucks, you have my sympathy.

Read up on PMDD.
I was prescribed Sertraline and it worked a TREAT!

Kohliewobbles · 08/02/2019 20:26

Angus castus and b6. Avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol.

Thanks all. By chance I found a tub of evening primrose in my medicine cabinet which was still in date so will give them a try. Do I need to take them all the time or just when i start symptoms?
I blame my husband for having a vasectomy and me coming off my contraception
