Posting here for traffic.
Baby is 17 weeks and had her 3rd set of immunisations 2 days ago. I gave her the 3 doses of paracetamol that day, had to give her it twice yesterday as temp was round about 38 both times.
Today she just seems not herself, quite pale, eyes are heavy, quite moany and wanting cuddles, she feels warm but temp is mostly normal, around 36.9/37.1 though has went up to 37.8 a few times but lowered without any paracetamol.
My problem is 1 its a Friday so if I didn't see a gp today and if she was to get worse later it would have to be a call to 111 and out of hours.
2 we are meant to be going out tonight and leaving her with my mum overnight for the first time, my mum is more than capable, has raised 4 of her own and been a big part of my cousins lives but I'm just not sure if we should cancel and keep her with us?
She isn't my first baby, we have another 2 older kids and as I say my mum will be more than capable to look after her even if she is unwell but I am just worried because we will be at least a 30 minute train journey away if she was to get worse.
I'm not sure if I'm just looking for an excuse not to leave her as when we first arranged this weeks ago I thought I would be fine to leave her but the closer it's got the more I think I'm not ready.
Should I try to get a gp appointment just for peace of mind as if I wasn't going out tonight I wouldn't be overly concerned with her symptoms? should I cancel my plans or go ahead as planned?
