Is this harassment?

DH's is a volatile character, known for flying off the handle. She regularly will call DH, multiple times calling him a dreadful father, me a terrible step mother. Shout hang up repeat.
Same via text, pages and pages of all the reasons we are bad parents. For days at a time.
After years of this, I blocked her.
Now she isn't getting the response she wants I've discovered she's been messaging old/rarely used numbers emails.
Is there anything I can do about this? Apart from blocking all possible avenues?

Get legal advice and a solicitors letter sent to her.

Yes. It is.
Unblock, report to police, allow them to see how regularly she does it.

(I think its police, or legal advice as previous pp said. Have a log of everything)

I'm not sure I could cope with seeing the abuse right now, but appreciate that I should keep a record.

100% harassment (it only legally has to be 2 occasions of the victim fearing for their life/safety/unable to do day to day activities due to the harassment).

Is there any way you'd be able to file for a restraining order, I'm not being funny, but she doesn't sound like she's of a sound/reasonable mind! Do the kids live with her majority of the time? Would you be willing to take the kids full time?

Kids full time with her. Tho, we'd happily take. Currently going legal for access.
