A poster starts a thread saying 'I've seen xxx advertised and really want one. Does anyone own/have any experience of xxx'
Loads of people pile on saying 'oooh no experience of xxx but I want one too'
Really annoying, just wait until people who have the flipping thing comment... you haven't answered the question or added to the conversation by saying you want one too Angry

Place marking? If it was a real conversation in a group you wouldn’t sit silently until someone gave an opinion and then say “right yes I would like one too”.

Nala8 · 05/02/2019 22:46

YABU. It's nice to hear other people want the same item too etc

ISmellBabies · 05/02/2019 22:50

It bumps the thread so someone with an xxx can come along and see it. You grumpy bugger.

FickleFingers · 06/02/2019 05:16

Haha maybe I am grumpy, for some reason I just find it really irritating 🤦

I tell you what I really hate...

You’ll be reading a really interesting thread and then you reach a post that says,

Queen - I 100% agree. Couldn’t have said it better myself!

And then it means that the reader has to scroll back to try and find out what Queen said and sometimes it can be pages back. Usually I get fed up of scrolling back and then it annoys me because I want to know what Queen had said that was so pertinent.

I bet when Queen sees the “I agree 100%” message regarding something she has wrote she probably doesn’t even remember herself!

Why can’t people quote what they are agreeing with?!

FickleFingers · 06/02/2019 09:18

QueenofmyPrinces oh god yes, this frustrates me too!!!
Usually after scrolling back to find out what they said it's not that interesting anyway.....

Not quite the same but I hate it when someone asks a question on amazon about an item and someone answers "sorry I don't know" Angry just ignore the question if you don't know !

FickleFingers · 06/02/2019 11:49

Exactly emeraldmoon, it's almost as if people think we are so desperate for their input that they just have to post....
I admit I am a grumpy sod at the moment so maybe I should just take a step away before I find anything else that irritates me 🤣
