Had 3/4 leaks they fixed them
Now got massive leak after living in property week using bath toilet shower?
Massive leak kitchen lounge water runs down walls - call my guy can’t here till 2 days time, call emergency guy out at 90 a hour, and he refits toilet and sink wasn’t installed properly.
Now massive rows he says his not convinced I’m not causing issues!
Decided don’t trust him and he bodge work won’t cover cost damages now!
Whole new kitchen ceiling needed!
Lounge ceiling needs work
Bathroom may need to be removed
Tiles flooring!
Found out below bath floor rotten - needs to be replaced! Or bath go through ceiling Into lounge!
Everyone given different advise, eg trading standards!

Everything needs to be reinstalled
House insurance will cut through ceiling make access I get plumber in and pay for leak to be fixed! Then they pay to rectify all damage cause by tracing leak and putting it all back,
My company excuse not coming out ASAP was house is empty it’s not it’s just being renovating and can’t put furniture in until it all done up but have bedroom with blow up bed and clothes and loads of personal stuff! So my argument was when did he think this was acceptable to leave a customer with no toilet or water?
Check a trader have been crap I put complaint in they can’t make trader contact me or mediate through them!
What else can I do?
Insurance will pay out for leaks and damage but not poorly installed bath floor and tiles?
I don’t have money to correct this!
