Does anyone else worry over insignificant things?
For example today I was on the bus it was busy so I sat down next to a woman,I had 2 heavy shopping bags and my handbag.
The whole way to my stop I was worrying if she had to get off before me how I was going to stand up without knocking someone or if I stood up what if I dropped my bag and things went all over.
I'm the same all the time.
Anyone else?
Is this normal?

I think it’s absolutely normal to think of it and be mindful of it. That’s just being a considerate person.
If you don’t have anything particular on your mind/aren’t too tired you’ll probably think of it a bit more whilst you sit there.
The bit that wouldn’t be normal is if you feel unduly stressed out by it in my opinion.
Our minds are fast and think of hundreds of thoughts all the time - it’s the weight you give to worries that determines whether your reaction is ‘normal’ or not.
If you don’t think it’s a problem then it’s not.
But that’s just my opinion.
