To snack all the time

People always say I snack to much and I’m always eating at work which I am to be fair. I’ve got a condition and it seems to make me really bloated and full after a few bits of food no matter what I eat. Then about 15 mins later I’m hungry again on top of that I take loads of medication which makes me sick or nauseous if I don’t eat. I keep my snacking at work to simple things like bananas of cereal bar at my desk and then when in my break I eat carrots sticks or anything to messy noisy or smelly. It’s really annoying me having someone mention daily they always go “oh paddybears eating again” I’ve tried being polite about it tried not eating at my desk even took to eating my snack while in the loo as I get so fed up. I’m 5ft 5 and 10st 1 so higher end of what I want to be used to be 8st at one point but due to my illness injections and a happy relationship it has crept on just hate the fact she points it out when I first joined it was mentioned to me but by someone else but when I explained work agreed it would be ok as long as I wasn’t having a full on picnic. I’ve tried not to eat anything at my desk as I panic that she’s always watching me but it makes me so ill if I don’t. Wibu to mention to her and if that dosnt work maybe let my team leader know

Yes, have a quiet word with her and explain the situation. It is v rude of her to keep pointing this out and it seems as if she is trying to shame you in some way. Her behaviour is unacceptable. If it persists then speak to your manager and/or HR Dept.

Maybe also see your GP for a check up just in case there is an underlying cause unrelated to your medication.
