I'm so frustrated! My DS will be 13 next month. His father has been with his gf for around 4 years. He had never paid a penny for our DS until a year and a half ago. Through CMA he was to pay £150 a month, after 3 months it went down to £100 because his gf who he lives with said he was paying her CM for their son. Fair enough.
They got married 4 weeks ago but have been living together for 3 years. So there was no payment last week or this week so I messaged today and they said there's a change of circumstances so I said that's fine but what's happening and was told because they got married they won't be paying until they contact CMA!
Literally no circumstances have changed. It's not the point of the money. I've supported my son myself for all these years but it just feels like they constantly want to find reasons to cause problems. I'm so annoyed 🤷
