To think this relationship is odd...

Bite my head off if you wish, I just find the following scenario strange!

Woman I kind of know (not very well) messaged a man (her now fiance) to ask if she could be in his music video. They did not know each other at all, was completely random.
He told her (knowing he was unable to get the amount of girls he wanted in his music video) "yeah sure I'll chuck them out for you to be my vid"
Few weeks passed. She messaged him again. He told her that he was all hers, all the girls were gone. Confused
They agreed to meet. (They live 3hr train journey apart)
Meant to be a one night kind of thing.
She introduced her kids to him ect rater quickly. She often stays at his with her kids for long amount of time. He openly says he only wanted a one night stand with her but now apparently they are soulmates!

I find it bizarre.
However, I have nothing against meeting someone you talk to online, just me personally I wouldn't do that.

🤷🏻‍♀️ If she’s happy it’s fine, people meet in all kind of odd ways

TinselAngel · 31/01/2019 12:07

Sounds like R Kelly.

Nevergotobedfangry · 31/01/2019 12:09

Well happy maybe sometimes. A lot of arguing goes on I know that much

I really don't see a problem - people meet in all kinds of weird and wonderful ways.

adaline · 31/01/2019 12:14

A lot of arguing goes on I know that much

But that's got nothing to do with how they met.

Andromeida59 · 31/01/2019 12:16

I met my partner online. We've been together 14 years. Yes we've argued but that's not because of how we met.

Maybe it's just me OP but you're coming over as a bit jealous.

HowlsMovingBungalow · 31/01/2019 12:17

Don't get the video bit and the chucking 3 girls out.

AnyFucker · 31/01/2019 12:18

Does not compute

OutPinked · 31/01/2019 12:18

Weird post. If they’re happy I can’t see an issue. I fully thought DP would be a ONS or just a fling before we met but four years later we own a house and have a baby Grin. Life happens.

MorningsEleven · 31/01/2019 12:19

I'm lost.

Bumbumtaloo · 31/01/2019 12:27

Sorry OP I don’t see the issue?

When I met DH we both thought it would be a ONS, almost 11yrs later - almost 8 married, and two DC we’re still very happy and still joke that it was only meant to be a ONS.

PopCakes · 31/01/2019 13:25

I don't really see the issue. They obviously fancied each other from the photos online, flirted and eventually got together. It wouldn't be the first one night stand that turned into a relationship. Who knows of it will last but I don't see the problem so far.
