Stupid and dangerous drivers

Just seen the most stupid and dangerous driver I've ever seen on the road. Noticed a car on the dual carriageway ahead of me that swerved into my lane a bit a couple of times then seemed to stop. Went past and saw why she kept swerving.

She had a fucking tablet leaning against her steering wheel!

I'm mad at myself for not getting her registration number. Going around the roundabout too, she managed to swerve across two lanes almost hitting several people.

Why are people utter morons and dont care about others safety? Why do you need to be using a tablet when driving?

I once saw someone swerving while pulling a trailer on the M4. Overtook and looked back (I was a passenger) and he was driving with his wrists whilst pouring himself a drink from a thermos.

Tablet probably worse although without the added risk of scalding!

Bloody hell!!!! Was she using it as a satnav? No excuse though.

Although I don't suppose getting her number would've served much purpose I presume to be prosecuted she'd have to be "caught in the act"

Dangerous driving

I arrested someone with a dog on their lap a few years ago. People do some crazy stuff.

NewGrandad funnily enough, same road. Everyone says this road is dangerous, it's not. It's the morons on it!

I don’t know how people manage to focus on anything else when driving. I’m so focused on the road, hands at two and ten! I once tried to sip from a bottle of water and felt way out of control. My dh on the other hand can roll a fag whilst driving without swerving!

Thought you were referring to me in my driving lesson today, with those people who have licences, I have hope.

Aeroflotgirl would hope your instructor wouldn't allow that. Although with how I've seen driving instructors drive around here, who knows.

That's one of the reasons why I have a dash cam.

This eejit was pulled over by police!

No Santa Clarita he is quite strict, I found his constant not picking at my driving today made me more anxious and I kept blundering all over the place😵😵😵

........and this woman has been fined for parking across an exit road on a roundabout so she could drop her little darlings off at school!

@CocoDeMoll it’s not 2 and 10 anymore- if the airbag goes off you’re looking at breaking your own nose with your own hand, at best, or smashing every bone in your hand (not something you can sort out with a few weeks in a cast) or a degloving injury at worst (DO NOT google degloving unless you have a very strong constitution).
Today’s advice is more like 4 and 8.

My DH has developed the habit of driving with one hand (right ) - automatic car with central box/ unit thing that he rests his left elbow on. I really don’t think it is safe especially when going around winding roads - I’m sure there would be the danger of oversteering if something suddenly happened 😟
