Did you keep your BFPs? I was just reading a thread were OP had posted a picture of her postivive test and it made me want to dig mine out!
Has anyone else kept there’s? If so for how long?
I keep mine in an old lush giftbox!

I have lots from all six pregnancies including the ones that ended in miscarriage. Only ones I didn’t keep were the digitals because the words disappear.

You want to keep a piss soaked stick? Hmm

Gross. Just photograph it.

AlanThePig · 29/01/2019 17:13

Oddly I noticed DD's at the bottom of the medicine box the other day. She's 21 😳

NicoleNoPants · 29/01/2019 17:21

@Bow I’m sure people clean them Grin

As others have said on this thread- they are an important reminder to those that lost their babies. So yes it may ‘just be a pee soaked stick’ to many people, but for others it is an important sign, a memory, that their baby was there.

Flowers for those of you who’s little ones didn’t make it.

It's an each to their own thing I guess.

If one day I get a postivite that ends in a baby, I might throw it away. But. For now that, and my hospital notes are the only proof it happened.

I am incredibly sentimental though. One of my worst traits Confused

RiverTam · 29/01/2019 17:39

no, because I would have 7 but just the one DC. So they'd be a pretty horrible reminder!

NicoleNoPants · 29/01/2019 17:48

Just noticed I’ve just the wrong there/their in my OP. I’ll hang my head in shame!

Foubd out on holiday early 2012, brought test back with me and kept it

TheHorseyouRodeInOn · 29/01/2019 18:15

I've still got mine and my DD is now 28! To be fair, after years of infertility and finally getting pregnant from IVF I was so happy ☺️

ladycarlotta · 29/01/2019 18:47

this reassures me! I'm 35 weeks and still have all mine from this pregnancy - I thought I was being a bit weird moving house with them last month, but honestly seeing the lines on them getting progressively darker as the dates go on still makes me feel warm and fuzzy. Glad some people keep theirs much longer. I'm not ready to part with them.
