CMS website could put a 'we are aware of problems' on the home page?

Tried to access my case yesterday - got locked out due to 'info not matching what we have...bla bla'. Phoned them to ask what I was doing wrong (I am a new client) and was told they were aware of problems and it wasn't me doing it wrong.

Tried again today and I get the same error.

Don't you think they could put something on the page to inform clients they are having login problems?

By the time it's been worded, checked, quoted signed off, implemented in test, tested, signed off ?

No, not really Sad

CMS really are a bag of shite, aren't they?

First contacted them 14th Jan. To date there is absolutely NOTHING recorded on my online client portal. I know what's been happening because I have called them every 2 weeks (note that each time they are 'experiencing an unprecedented high volume of calls').

I have NO paper trail of communication between me and them, no record of what attempts they've made to contact ex - just what they tell me over the phone.

The person today was all a bit shruggy and "ermm dunno, guess you could try refreshing things". I've been told things would be uploaded a few weeks ago, then again a couple of weeks ago, that the case worker would be 'poked'.
