Yes.

Very

Kemer2018 · 28/01/2019 13:55

No.
I've got leather seats. They are bloody freezing, so I sit on a blanket atm.

Totally

A blanket may fall off and get in the way of the controls.

If you wore a long coat, that would also keep you warm, without being potentially dangerous.

GruciusMalfoy · 28/01/2019 13:56

Probably. It could slip off, or restrict your legs/feet. Get some longjohns Grin

Piewife · 28/01/2019 13:56

YABU. What if it slips down onto the pedals? Why not just put the heater on?

Miane · 28/01/2019 13:57

Yes. If it falls off and gets tangled round your pedals it’s a safety hazard not just to you but to other road users.

Wear a coat or get seat covers.

I've actually seen heated blankets advertised for use while driving and shaped so as not to interfere with controls.
