I'm just curious (nosey).
My starting weight in August was 10st 11, I am now 9st 9 and back in size 10.
But I feel like I still have a long way to go! Trying to figure out what's the average kind of weight for this height....

dancemom really? Eeek!

9.5 stone, size 10, occasionally 12. I'd say I'm a healthy weight and look slim, but not thin IYSWIM

10 st 11 (I think), wear a size 12, want to be around 10st.

toffee1000 · 26/01/2019 21:28

I was 12st 4 at my heaviest and in a 14 although that was 2.5 years ago. I’ve been a bit up and down since. Don’t know if I’m exactly 5 ft 5 or 5 ft 4 though.

pinkhorse · 26/01/2019 21:30

I'm 10.5 stone and wear size 10.

Waveysnail · 26/01/2019 21:32

14st and size 18 - can squeeze into stretchy 16. I'm aiming for 11st. If been overweight all my life yoyo up and down. I'm happy at 11 and half which I know is still over weight but hey

Dimsumlosesum · 26/01/2019 21:33

Too fucking much.

EggysMom · 26/01/2019 21:33

15 stone here, and no excuses. Size-wise I'm 16/18/20 depending on which part of my body I'm dressing. I've put on 4.5 stone over 30+ years, and it'll probably take me as long to lose it ....

SurfnTerfFantasticmissfoxy · 27/01/2019 12:11

9.9 at the moment (size 12) but dieting to lose weight back to where I was two years ago and will hopefully be just under 9

Ta1kinPeace · 27/01/2019 12:20

It depends SO MUCH on build
Have a look at the pictures here and see where you fit in

PS
I am 5 foot 5 and weigh 62kg which is 5kg too much for my build

ShastaBeast · 27/01/2019 12:55

I’m just under 5ft 5 (164cm) and around 9st give or take. This was my target but I still feel I’ve got some more to lose - not necessarily weight but fat. So another half a stone to lose but a combination of fat loss and increased muscle mass. My spine is fucked so it’s hard, painful and I’ve lost muscle mass due to nerve damage. But it’s so much better being fit and getting the weight down. However clothes sizes make no sense anymore. I’m still in the same clothes 1st 10lb down, they’re just looser. And some clothes in size 10 are still too tight on the bottom, depending on the shop.

MotherofKitties · 27/01/2019 13:19

10st 6. It's the heaviest I've ever been but having my LO has taken its toll. I'd be thrilled to be at 9.5st, that's my goal for the summer.

Lindorballs · 27/01/2019 13:29

I’m same height and weigh between 9stone 4 and 9 stone 7 depending on time of the month etc. I’m the thinnest I’ve been for years. I was hovering around top of 9 stone/10stone for a long time but after baby number 2 a year ago I did 9 months of 5:2 diet and now I have found a comfortable niche. I wear size 10 90% of the time. Occasionally size 12 in skirts/trousers if coming up small as I am pear shaped with wide hips. I exercise 3 times a week so fairly toned. I’d like to be around the 9 stone mark but am happy to settle for being 5 or 6 pounds heavier and not having to calorie count too strictly.

Jaimx86 · 27/01/2019 14:16

9 stone 4-7 (across month) and wear a S/8 - sometimes a 6 top/dress and sometimes a 10 trouser.
